Our founder

Talent is everywhere. Access isn’t.

Our founder, Mari Jo Acabal, started her career as a local teacher. After upskilling and reinventing her career three times, she became a global learning designer and consultant. Her journey shaped the belief behind Next Wave: talent is everywhere, but access to the right skills and opportunities is not.
